Wadsworth without the "wads"

I just wanted to say something really quick about how people who are taking your information over the phone are frustrating. You know, like updating your info over the phone for your doctor's office or verifying your name for some type of account. They ask you for your first and last name, and I always hate it, because my last name is not that hard at all but they make it hard. It never ceases that they miss spell my last name. I spell it out and I even say "S as in snake, and N as in Nancy" But they never get it right. I finally figured out that sometimes...sometimes they get it if I say "You know, like Wadsworth but without the 'Wads'...and put in 'Ains'"
