Yes. I want a dog sooooo bad I cannot stand it. I even know what kind I want, a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. Let me give you a little bit of the background of my pet history. I grew up with cats mostly, because my mom didn't like dogs for the longest time. I had the best kitty named Oliver when I was a little girl. He followed me everywhere, and "helped" me with my homework. Then we got a puppy. It was my junior year in high school. She was a little yellow lab, and we named her Aspen. There has never been a better dog on the face of this earth than she was. She did everything. She was so well behaved, and she loved our family very much. Then I went to college and couldn't have pets for a while, but my junior year in college I got a dog for free that I saw in the newspaper. He was part husky part German shepherd, and his name was Bear. I LOVED him! He would sleep in my tiny twin bed with me and I loved it. But he died while my friend Elaina was watching him for a week. We still don't know why to this day. He was only 2 years old...I cried my eyes out. Fast forward to after I had been married for a while, my husband caved in and let me get a puppy. She was a purebred Australian Shepherd. I named her Layla, and she was mine! All mine! I took her on walks all of the time. People commented on how beautiful she was all of the time. Then I got pregnant with Lucas, and we were in a small one bedroom apartment, so I gave her to my uncle to watch for a while until we moved somewhere better. Well, while he was gone one afternoon, the neighbors dog was "playing" with Layla and took her in his mouth by her collar, and broke her neck. Yeah. So, of course I cried my eyes out when I found that out. I got a cat that I named Peanut while we were first married too, and eventually had to give him away because we found out Lucas was allergic to him. Then I FINALLY got a dog again. We were in a good house, with a good yard...what could possibly ruin this? Well, we just recently discovered that my son Ethan is allergic to dogs. He was breaking out in hives. So, we had to give her away too. So now, here I am. The biggest animal lover in the world, and I can't have any. Josh let me get fish....big whoop. I go up to the tank and say "honey, look, the fishy is looking at me!" Josh just looks at me like I am crazy! So....I want a dog. I have done research and they have "hypoallergenic" dogs, and soft coated wheaten terriers fit into that category. So, I am hoping some day I can get one...or two, and keep them and love them for the rest of their looong lives.

Ben and Lauren's dog is hypoallergenic and he is pretty cool. Does that dog in the picture have eyes? Someone put sunglasses on that pooch and give him a piano!
